CDO operates as both a prime contractor and as a contributing subcontractor, utilizing GSA schedules and GWAC/BPA contracts for our government clients.GSA schedules include: GSA Schedule 70 (IT services) and GSA Schedule 871 (Professional Engineering Services). GWAC/BPA contracts include (but are not limited to): GSA Stars and FAA Broad IT Services (BITSII).
